Pleased with the service. The technician (Jason) was great! Very personable and professional. Explained the problem and what our options were. Performed the work in appropriate amount of time and cleaned up afterward. Definitely recommend Jason and SGD.
Kenny was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly and provided me with tips for preventing future issues. My family and I truly appreciate his service.
Kaleb was great, very professional and courteous. He walked me through everything and was very patient with me.
Even though I have to wait on the repair he was very understanding. I wish all tech guys where like Kaleb. I'll come back to sgd if all techs are like him.
