Overall happy with my experience.This concept is suited for those who want an all over hair color refresh on a budget + don’t feel like doing a DIY.You will also need to make sure you are asking for a service they can actually provide. Highlights & balayage require bleach, time, and specific techniques… that is not this.This establishment best serves clientele that have a “no fuss” easy maintenance, all over hair color, and want to be in & out quick.It is definitely an “assembly line” feel and not like receiving a service at a true hair salon… if you are okay with that and your hair simply needs all over color and that is it, this is your place!

I understand why many reviews describe the experience as "low end." The store kind of has a fast-food feeling. However, the lady that did my hair color did a nice job, with a wonderful scalp massage at shampoo time. I was very happy with the color. I do feel that it is overpriced, especially the $50 for blow-drying; not sure why this cost is so high.

I love Madison Reed products, I have been coloring my own hair for years with great results. Appt. @ Dallas salon over all ok… did not get the personal kind of salon experience, I would want to go back for; more an assembly line experience. Will continue with products by mail and color my hair though, the products work, it’s the personal touch that’s a missing.
