She is down to earth handles her business very professionally. I feel safe and comfortable and most importantly, I love my hair! By the way, I am able to put my hair up in a high ponytail right after it is done. My head is not sore for days at a time as a matter of fact, it’s not sore at all very light hands. I came in today as a same day appointment in a whole PANIC, after being rescheduled last minute by another Braider!! My hair was partially taken down and I called Sandrinr, from the beginning she was nice and pleasant and sounded like she wanted to assist me. It’s almost like she heard the disappointment in my voice, I arrived and she made sure I walked with my hair done! I appreciate her attentiveness and her calming spirit which is what I needed on a day like this! Thank you so much for getting may hair together (knotless touch up) and my oil that I’m so excited to continue. Thank you for the knowledge and the self care talk, THANK you much!!!!
Awesome service every time! I just wish my braids had been cleaned up and moussed like they were during my last service. Other than that, I’m always pleased with the service here!
