This is my 1st time to file my taxes with this Institute, and I happily report that I am extremely satisfied and happy with the service. Karina has done a great job explaining each step and made sure that I understand what we are doing and what is best for me.
Y’all, taxes and business paperwork are basically my personal horror movie. But KARME, and specifically Jennifer, made it all feel a lot less scary. She handled my LLC setup like a pro and somehow made our personal taxes not feel like a soul-crushing nightmare. My brother, who works offshore and deals with complicated paperwork, recommended her company, and now I owe him a thank-you gift (which I will probably forget to buy). Jennifer was endlessly patient with my many, many questions, and her assistant, Mercy, is a total delight on the phone. If you need tax help or someone to make your business paperwork less terrifying, call them. Seriously.
This was a great tax filing service team to work with. They explain everything in great detail and are there to answer every question you may have along the way. I will definitely be coming back and 100% recommend! 10/10 :)
