Recently our family had the experience of loosing a close friend. The family was well taken care of by the director, Cathy Lechuga. I highly recommend you ask for this director. Every time we needed something she was quick to help and respond. It was an at peace difficult moment with the exception of one rude staff member (male) the evening of the visitation.
