I stayed here when traveling to Dallas for work. Beautiful hotel with great amenities. I was most impressed with the fitness center. Full fledged gym with a sauna… can’t beat that. Unfortunately, after my stay, I was charged for a $40 item from the snack bar in my room that I didn’t take. After calling the hotel and having to speak with several people, they finally removed the charge. Other than this, I had a great experience.
Booked The Crescent through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts and had a fantastic stay. I received an upgrade and the room was gorgeous, clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, especially for business meetings, and everything felt convenient and well done.
Nobu was amazing, and The Conservatory was equally impressive. Overall, The Crescent was exactly what I needed for this trip and absolutely somewhere I would stay again. I will definitely be staying here again.
