I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tanne in Reservations at The Hotel Crescent Court. From the very beginning, Tanne provided exceptional service that went far beyond simply making a reservation. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind, Tanne made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
What truly stood out was the level of care and attention to detail. Every question was answered thoughtfully, every request was handled with enthusiasm. In today’s world, that level of personalized customer service is rare, and Tanne exemplifies what true luxury hospitality should be.

As wedding photographers, we loved documenting Carly and Cole’s celebration at Hotel Crescent Court. The timeless architecture, beautiful courtyard, and elegant interiors offered incredible photographic possibilities throughout the day, while the hotel’s exceptional service created a seamless and welcoming experience for the couple and their guests. Every part of the property feels refined without sacrificing warmth, making it one of our favorite wedding locations in DFW.
My stay at Hotel Crescent Court dates back to an SMU graduation many years ago, but the property left a clear impression as a Dallas institution. The grand arrival sequence, including the elegant circular drive, gave the hotel an immediate sense of occasion. Its Uptown location also placed us near Highland Park and within easy reach of the city’s business districts.
The hotel was beautiful, stately, and well suited to a major family celebration.
