For the longest time, I've been looking for a place to call my home. As a photographer I was needing a specific type of space that I could capture my clients in a studio setting. I've literally scoured the internet for possible locations, but the only thing I kept coming up with were office spaces that were too small and very outdated, and expensive. Eventually, I found a location down at the Hartford Building where Good Signature manages, and it was the best decision I've ever made. I took a look at a potential space, and they offered to demo a few walls to open the space up and paint the walls with a fresh coat. I was shocked as they were able to do all this work, and pricing was right on, and less expensive than your outdated type of office space. From the very beginning they saw my vision and took special care of me from beginning to end. They also provided me updates as well as pictures to show the progress of the demo. James has been an incredible property manager. Having rented offices in Dallas for 20 years, I have seen the good and the bad when it comes to property management. Goodsignature cares about their property and their tenants and take care of the premises the way a wise landlord should. It is nice not to have to police the property and constantly call the management to take care of things, here it is all done before it ever becomes an issue.
