Our broker downright abandoned us after our initial agreement with a sleezebag landlord fell through. Our broker tried to keep us in the same business park after the whole debacle, even after we told him we wanted to look elsewhere and gave him other locations ( that we did our research on) we interested in. He didn't care about our needs, just wanted to make a quick buck.
Our lease for our retail showroom/ office/ warehouse was near expiration, and we desperately wanted to relocate. Our search for a new location was grueling and exhausting. A friend referred us to TenantBase and Shawn Hall. Shawn was very attentive, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and very competent. What we were searching for seemed to be nonexistent, but Shawn helped us until we found the perfect space for our business. He even assisted with negotiating the terms of the new lease agreement. Matt was fantastic! As a small business owner and relatively new to the leasing process, he walked me through every step, found us a great space within our budget and negotiated for the best deal on our behalf. Will absolutely be using TenantBase again when my lease is up for renewal.
