A place where they truly go above and beyond to take care of their cats. We met the owner who made it very clear that she cared about the cat residents, and not the money. Both cats we adopted are healthy and friendly.

Still take Alice here 4 years later and couldn't be happier! Recently had to do a dental cleaning and extraction and I was sooo worried for her to go under anesthesia, but they were super comforting and understanding. We went over all her blood results and potential risks etc and I felt comfortable trusting her to them. All went well and she was ready to go home just a few hours later! I was given an estimate ahead of time for how much it could cost (-(one amount on the low end and another amount on the higher end) based on how many extractions may need to be done once they were able to get a good look, and it actually came in way under the estimate! This is THE VERY FIRST 10 STAR Rating I have ever given any company or business and I am doing it because East Lake Cat Care Center is the finest Vet with whom I've ever had the pleasure of working, anywhere in the United States and for over 50 years! Everyone at ELCCC makes my Cat(Stevie Ray Cat) and I feel like we are part of their family every time we visit them. When Stevie has to stay overnight, they send me pictures of her along with text messages on how she's doing etc. which puts me in a comfort zone while Stevie's in their care.Purrs and Smiles to Kate, Nurse Sarah, Dr. Hille, Dr. Miller, Dr Kim and all the caring staff at ELCCC.If you're looking for a new Vet...read full review
