My last appointment at another salon was for a bronde balayage. I had been growing out my mainly over processed blonde for over a year. It was NOT a good experience. The colorist ended up coloring my hair TWICE in one afternoon. My hair ended up looking tacky, brassy and broken. After waiting 6 weeks and hating my hair more each day, I went to see Jay-at my friend’s suggestion. I am sooo happy I found him! He was logical and helpful with his coloring skills and advice. He
