This place is unorganized and mismanaged. Depending on who you talk to, you will get a different answer on something and a whole different experience. They couldn't give me straight answers on some questions I had about a vaccine for my son, after talking to 4 different people, and then they referred us to CVS to get what we ended up finding out was the wrong vaccine. Because of that, he got a vaccine that he's already gotten before. I have also had issues with getting things scheduled and with their pre-check process. Overall, it wasn't a great experience and I wouldn't recommend this place.
All booked for sick patient visits. They refer you to urgent care. My kid has strep. In order to get a prescription I have to pay 140 at a non pediatric urgent care Because Childrens’s Health Urgent care is all booked for today and tomorrow. How are those without 140 to get a strep throat Rx able to get care for their kids???
