Customer service is top notch, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy and updated. The staff is helpful and always willing to answer many questions with extensive experience and knowledge. They do business the old fashion way but in the 21st century. The company offers endless customization options from width and texture, and they will even work with you on a custom finish to get the perfect color wood floors for your space. The beautiful wood is sourced and milled right here in the US. The product is designed for radiant heat, and they are excellent about providing samples. They are also excellent at providing detailed written information about product selection, delivery, acclimation, and installation, which contributes to a successful outcome. The floors are beautiful, and the traditional craftsmanship and quality cannot be replicated—it is well worth the investment. The product came in on time, and the product matched perfectly. The gentlemen at the factory were pleasant and provided assistance.
We used Carlisle for a recent project at Gloria’s in McKinney, TX. They had severed water damage from a large spill. We ordered material that came in on time and we were able to replace quickly.
Their rep even made a visit to the restaurant to take a look and make sure what we were ordering was indeed correct.
