I have never experienced a cryo-facial before and was not sure what to expect. Star did a great job explaining step-by-step what she was doing to my face. The hot and cold contrast felt great. I was very relaxed and when we were finished, it literally felt like my face had just taken a bath! My face really soaked in all the moisturized ingredients and I left with a beautiful glow I had not seen for a long time. My face was so plump. I highly recommend getting a cryo-facial from Star at Bienestar Mia Spa!
