Dropped off 4 slacks last week and told them to correct the mess they have made in the linings of my slacks, which have become creased and messed up. Upon getting my items home, the pants still have issues with extra creases on the exterior of the pant and in the interior liner. I spend a lot of money on custom made slacks and they are totally making a mess of them, many pairs now have double crease marks in the front. In addition, when I’ve picked my slacks up the last few times, there’s been a lot of lint or hair stuck to my pants. You would think they would inspect and lint-roll before delivering. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY! The lady working there has a terrible attitude. Will never return and should have listened to the other reviews. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

I initially wrote a review for a different location and posted it here, but I have not used this location. The Preston Center location is the one I meant to review, and it is terrible. I am not sure how this one is, but do not go to the Preston Center location.
