Bella Hair Salon is located next to Mozart Bakery near the new Hmart by Harry Hines. The salon is fantastic. The staff is very professional, always kind, and the director is so kind. They use good products, and the prices are so reasonable. Hair was really damaged, but they used such good perm products that a perm was possible, and hair is so soft now. It was a first time, and the stylist explained everything and answered questions. The hair perm is loved. The best haircut is worth a 4-hour drive from San Antonio. For a perm to add volume to thin, limp hair, the stylist took care to roll hair meticulously and used a treatment to prevent damage. Despite being a long hair perm, the price was fair. The friendly service enhanced the experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perm.
