The workers are nice and helpful. Unfortunately it’s small so their selection of hair is poor, they do not have many options at all for braiding hair. I have to drive to Carrollton when buying hair for my clients.

This place was just "okay". A little disorganized too. The isles are very cramped and a lot of the products are lined up on the floor because there is no shelf space. There's product everywhere! I feel like a long - tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs!!! ? My eyes dot all over the place because there's literally stuff all the way to the ceiling behind the checkout counter. I would hate to be the one to do inventory and goodness, I hope there's NEVER a fire. Please get a larger space.

I had an urgent hair care need as I was in the area for an event. Bad hair day you can call it. I was staying at a very nearby hotel close to the Galleria Mall (the mall didn't have anything to suit my skin color)and my GPS took me here as I wanted a store super close to the hotel. The neighborhood is not the best but I was able to get what I needed. The shop is somewhat on the small side compared to other stores I've been to that supply hair care products, but they're fully packed with wigs, braids, weaves, oils, conditioners......you name it.The person who assisted me was super nice and knowledgeable; I wish I'd remember her name for a shout out but I know she's African....read full review
