My experience has been exceptional. I would definitely like to say that Tina in the business office is a rare breed. She worked with me to ensure I wasn't financially strapped after having multiple surgeries in a short time frame. She is genuine and her customer service is top notch. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
My mom had to have a surgery here and the staff were all so nice and caring. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the previous comments but it turned out to be not a scary experience at all. Very clean facility and people who know what they’re doing! I really liked the privacy we all had after the surgery and Nurse Sarah was so kind in the recovery room. Thank you so much for making it a comfortable experience for my mom!
We took our son there for an outpatient ENT procedure under General Anasthesia. The staff there are just fabulous. From Anna one of the lead administrative nurses, to our pre op nurse Lauren, to the Anesthesiologist to the OR staff, of course our son’s Surgeon who came multiple times to check on us, and to our dear friend Alfonso in post Op, and all their colleagues, they took care of our son from end to end.
