These people are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They only want pristine donations. If your donation is slightly used don't waste your time. Worst charity I have ever ever come across.

Arms of Hope (Quinlan, TX) has been a pleasure to work with. We (our family) has always donated clothes and household items to Arms of Hope and more recently they helped us by picking up furniture, lamps, etc. we donated when our Dad passed away. They were professional, courteous, helpful and most of all - they showed up when they said they would! We really appreciate it and we feel like donating to Arms of Hope actually helps these families get back on their feet and helps them to feel like people understand their struggles and want to help! It is a win-win for all of us!

Never returned my phone call. I wanted to donate my mom's good things to them but had to pay to get taken to the dump instead. Very sad not more resources to help people

A wonderful place for women with children to prosper with their education without financial strains.

Not to be confused with Arms Of Ho, which is basically my big muscle arms. Not the best charity to be honest. Not organized the best, and it's hard to make donations to them. They're doing their best effort in some regards, but poorly planned others. It's a good concept, but Charities should be easy to use and easy to donate to, they should work with the people donating to them and here, they definitely don't.
