AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!I told them flat-out I was allergic to gel polish and instead of turning me away, they used gel products on me and I AM IN PAIN!!! I was clear! I must have said it at least 20 times and still they used gel products on me. They didn't care about my allergies, they cared about their dime.I was hoping to find a place closer to my home, but I guess it is worth it to drive a half hour to go somewhere that listens to their customers.Not to mention their towels are stained and unclean, and the environment is tacky with multiple sounds making it a an overload to the senses.They are AWFUL! Stay away!! AVOID!

I did not read the reviews on this place before hand. 1st time going here trying to be quick and get a Gel color change. All the 1 star reviews are right! Recently went, like beginning Aug recently. Got shaped up and color change. The next few days the Gel color started coming off! Not only that (Kim) charged my credit card twice!!

STERILIZATION OF EQUIPMENT WAS A MAJOR CONCERN FOR MY FRIEND AS I WALKED IN TO MEET HER TO JOIN FOR A MANI AND PEDI (SO, I OPTED OUT AND JUST WAITED ON HER TO FINISH). NO SANITATION BAGS FOR FOOT SPA (MEAN GREEN IS NOT A DISINFECTANT.BUT OVER ALL, I ASSUME THE OLDER WOMAN AND MAN WERE THE OWNERS. THEY WERE WELCOMING, FRIENDLY TO ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS AS I OBSERVED .
