Mysty is fabulous. She can design anything. The Spa is very clean.Remodel is beautiful, but the price increase for services was alittle more than I expected. Won't stop me because I have gone to Mysty for probably 10 years.

First time I didn't leave a tip. My technician was rough and cut me 2 times. She put my shoes on before painting and got polish on shoes. The other lady was doing a great neck back massage but I didn't see any massage certifications. Manager on phone with someone complaining and she told her to go to her doctor. This place was recommended so maybe this was just a bad day.

The last time I went, there was a new guy doing my pedicure. I felt like I was working out( exercising) with all of the up and down. I didn't notice until I got home, he didn't polish my pinky toeThe lady doing my nails broke most of my real nails. I don't wear nails but I have to now!!!
