First, let me say that we live 1500 miles away from the job site; the roof that needed repair was on our one and only rental property, which is located in Cypress, TX and we live in California. Right away that leads to the potential for challenges and missteps, so regular, thorough communication is a necessity.The communication was excellent. The help getting everything approved through our HOA was phenomenal. The coordination with my tenant was proactive and complete. The job itself and the follow up were first rate. We had our roof replaced by Southern Roofing in April 2023 Gary was the go to guy also met the owner. They were very professional no pressure and very helpful dealing with the insurance company. I highly recommend the company especially Gary ! The roof was finished when they said it would be, great job!

Kept getting pushback from Insurance Company, but Southern Roofing Texas was persistent and finally received approval after 1.5 years. Robert Popham was wonderfully helpful.Services: Roof inspection
