The inspector that came was on point with everything he pointed out on & very professional. Would highly recommend Mr. Edmund Amaya! The report came to me in 30 minutes. From the time I left the premises. Excellent job!

I had a great experience with the inspection. Edmund took his time explaining the report to me as well as gave me some tips and basic homeowner knowledge. He was professional and friendly. He found a lot of things that needed to be fixed and pointed them out to me, along with an explanation of what might happen if it doesn’t get fixed. I’m grateful to Edmund and Gold medal inspections. We used Gold Medal Inspections as our home warranty was about to end on our home. Edmund did our inspection and he did such a good and thorough job. He arrived on time and braved through extreme cold to get the job done efficiently. He communicated with us throughout the inspection, gave us a summary before he left and delivered the final report very quickly. I was dreading the home inspection process but Gold Medal made it all too easy!
