They solved a noise issue from two pipes hitting each other, explaining details honestly and thoroughly. Working with them for 8 years, they are always recommended for any plumbing services. For Cy-Fair Helping Hands, they have solved problems on several occasions, often going above and beyond expectations with fantastic attention to detail, making them the go-to plumbing company.
I could hear a sound in the attic when running hot water. Ruben Mesa came and figured it out like a pro. It was just two pipes hitting each other and he took care of it. Such a professional and nice person. I’m sure his boss is so proud to have him in the company. I was worried and now I am not and that means a lot.
