Wayne installed our water softener 7 years ago and we have had no issues at all. I originally received quotes from three different companies and Wayne was the only person that did not patronize me but took the time to explain the science behind the different types of water softeners on the market and why he believed the ones he installs are the best. The installation was done quickly and very neatly.
I have used Wayne for over 20 years on 4 homes. He has always been professional and knowledgeable with a custom solution for the different water needs of my family. In one home my water had excess iron and he solved the problem. He cleans up after he is finished and complete the job in a timely manner.
