Quick in response on an issue that I had with a water heater called up neither water heater. They came out. Replaced it with class backing up and running fine thank you for all your help.
I called today to request someone out to repair our leaky toilet. No big emergency. They had a tech at my front door within the hour! Their dispatcher was very clear and upfront about their price structure/policies and Thomas was super friendly and efficient. He had the new parts and the repair made in an hour. He even tolerated my annoying dog. Highly recommend.
Hexagon Plumbing were very fast in getting their guys out to fix a leak from the second floor bathroom down to my pantry on the first floor. Thomas and his apprentice were extremely polite, knowledgeable and even found a second problem with a disconnect/broken pipe from my A/C pan. The best part is they didn’t try to up-sale me on anything. They just offered to fix it while they were there with no pressure even said I could call the A/C company that installed my unit since it was just a couple years old. I told them to go ahead and fix it.
With all of this said they were at my house about an hour, with everything fixed and no more worries. Their pricing was great...read full review
