We had a fantastic experience with Queenie and her drapery business. From the start, Queenie was prompt and clearly passionate about her work, offering a quote that was significantly more affordable, at least 40% lower than other estimates we received in both Cypress and Katy. The quality of her service didn't reflect the low price, however. The installer was a true professional. He was polite, and his attention to detail was impressive; he measured everything 3-4 times before installing the rods and hooks, ensuring they were perfectly placed and securely anchored to studs with double brackets. Everyone from the paramount team is incredibly helpful and sweet, from Queenie showing us all of the fabrics to the installation guy completing the install quickly and efficiently. My husband and I loved the experience of working with them and are OBSESSED with our curtains!
