Just want to say big thanks to the employees working at Oakley Premium Outlets Houston Texas 02/25/24 After trying on different shades I found the one that I really liked but unfortunately they where sold out but employees at this location called several locations and where able to find and transfer to there store Many Thanks for there Excellent Customer Service really appreciated.

Recent Oakley prescription eyeglasses OA8060- broken hinge. Purchased 1.29.24 Vision provider VSP. Eyeconic no longer offering same model for replacement warranty.Alissa was great assistance. Educated me on best replacement options, extremely knowledgeable and professional managing multiple Oakley customers and directing her team.Although I wasn’t planning on making new purchases today , I couldn’t resist as Her team helped me find fantastic new hat, and swimsuit for Summer!! :)Greatly appreciate her replacement prescription style recommendations, & also providing me referral card to purchase online with my prescription.Amazing Vault store with highly engaged team!...read full review

Great Friendly Staff. Recived Great Custoner service at this location. Sales personell were friendly and the details about specific sunglasses I was looking for were given and I was satisfy with my purchase.
