Ms. Kia is AMAZING???? I went in for a cut and color and felt like a brand new person walking out. My confidence was through the ROOF! I will definitely be back for touch ups and to try different hair styles in the future.Services: Blowouts

Hello my Yelpers, I'm back with another awesome review. It has taken me a long time to find a stylist that gets me since I moved to Houston. I have had some so not good experiences with other salons. Not naming any names, but you know who you are! How I became a client at JCPenny Instyle Salon is my sis-n-law told me about her recent experience with stylist Janice C.
