Chance took care of the problem and it was actually something that was not all that serious but I did not realize that the previous technician had set the thermostat to the on position for the fan because I normally always leave it on auto and he was able to troubleshoot the issue and it is now resolved. Chance provided great customer service and was very polite and professional.

Chance came out and did a great job troubleshooting, he did a thorough job, trying to find out what the problem was with the loud noise tried to put a soft start on it but it did not solve the problem.. great person and Very communicative.

The salesman Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable and had a great personality. He even thanked me for my military service which made me feel good. He definitely deserves a raise.
