Rosie has been my beautician for over ten years. She is considerate and very knowledgeable. I have never had a bad hair day! I have had high and low light treatments as well as cuts and blow outs. She runs a great business!

Excellent service from the moment I walked in. Came in for a pedicure today and loved how my feet looks. Really enjoyed my time while I was there. They were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely return.

STOP searching for another salon and give a try to Cosmopolitan hair&beauty salon.I have lived in Cypress for over 2 years and had visited other hair salons that just damaged my hair with bad quality products and old hair techniques.I try Cosmopolitan and felt in love with the results, the amazing products and the welcoming staff.After setting an appointment with another salon for my daughter the other salon practically forgot about my appointment, I called cosmopolitan and they sure saw my daughter and she felt in love with hair color and cut.As for me I personally tried the Keratin treatment, hair color, cut and style and I was amazed with the significant change I got.Cosmopolitan...read full review
