“First of all, Eric returned my message unlike a couple of other contractors. He emailed me a bid that also had a breakout of the work to be done. Had a couple of sections of sidewalk replaced and the end product was very well done. If I have any more concrete work that needs replacing, it will be done by EG Concrete.“

My issue was water damage.

He took the time to educate me about the extent of damage, repair needed, and educated how to address my insurance needs.

Met Friday at my home and immediately worked all weekend to take care of me and my highest financial asset, my home.

In addition, the next week, he went so far as to meet with insurance adjuster field guy himself as my father was ill and I was unavailable.

Then followed up, after work was complete, to see if I was totally pleased.

Yes, very pleased. 5 STARS INDEED!
