I went there as a model and I received exceptional service. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Crystal was my technician and she was sweet and patient. I don't live close by and I was a bit worried for my first time, but everything came out great! Thank you girls!! Thank you Crystal!! ??My friends even noticed!?????

So I came in for the first time as a model for who I would assume to be a new stylist, Natalie. I was very confused by the whole process but was patient with her. The appointment took a bit longer than expected but it came out not bad. I didn't realized that if I wanted a fuller look I would need volume so I said I would do it next time. The staff in the front was amazing in explaining to me that it depends on your natural lashes and that I couldn't get a look like the front desk girl Caitlin because she has a LOT of lashes ? so I'm told. I came in for the first time and it was amazing. I was so scared that it would cause irritation to my eyes because I have sensitive skin. They did a blotch test or a patch test, I don't quite remember the name but they put the glue on my arm to se if I would have a reaction and then used the sensitive glue on me. My lashes are amazing and I love it. I can't wait to come back for my brow lamination. The front desk girl Tiffany was so sweet and booked me with ease. I have gone to other studios before with the same brand and they were horrible but this one definitely will be receiving my business.Service: Eyelash extensions
