The place is clean, staff outstanding, and plenty of machines to use at any time. I love the environment it brings to get workout done and feeling great when getting there and leaving back to work . If you pay for sauna be prepared to not have access to it whenever you want as there must be an employee on site to use. Also be prepared to use the cardio equipment that is always caked in dust, hair and dirt. Definitely need to hire a cleaning company at least once a week. This place is filthy in the cardio area.“
