Super clean nice staff I give 3 stars because I go to relax and enjoy time I don't like to have arms folded over my chest like a pretzel while getting my toes done... there was no line so it could have been done individually

I've used L A Nails for a long time been thru several owners and this last experience was not a good one, I get the dipped powder with tips and this past week I went in and everything was going well until I told the young lady that one of the nails was crooked and it was very noticeable , she got upset and called I guess her husband over they talked and he took the nail off , then she comes back and started to file the nails down and it hurt when she did the side of my fingers and when she used the machine , I asked her if she got upset about it and she said no but her actions said something different. any way I think I need a new salonIf I'm paying for something I want...read full review

5 freaking stars!! I told the gentleman what I wanted (first time getting ombre style) and he did not disappoint! This is a hardworking family that aims to please their customers! They were kind and very polite to talk to during our visit! I went there having a mother/daughter day and they all made the visit very pleasant and enjoyable!Services: Dip powder
