“I cannot recommend Dr. Jacob Warner and the team at Elgin Veterinary Hospital enough! We came in with a FFA goat suffering from staph, and my daughter was incredibly worried about her project.
From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful, which immediately helped calm our nerves.
Dr. Warner was absolutely phenomenal. He was thorough in his diagnosis and took the time to walk my daughter through the entire treatment plan. Since she had never administered medication before, he went above and beyond by personally showing her the proper way to give shots. He and the staff remained patient and accommodating despite her having a million questions.
To top off a great experience, I was pleasantly surprised by the bill. The cost was much lower than I had anticipated for such high-quality, specialized care.
