Coupland Veterinary Hospital - Dr. Arlon Graef, DVM, is a practice that some customers miss greatly since the retirement of Dr. Graef. The hospital now has a couple of other vets working there, and while some customers have heard good things about the female veterinarian, others are still uncertain about the other veterinarian.
The hospital is appreciated for its straightforward approach, providing great care for pets without unnecessary frills. Some customers prefer to take their prescriptions to an outside pharmacy for better affordability, as the hospital has an in-house pharmacy.
Previous customers praise Dr. Graef for his affordability, compassion, and skill in saving a dog's life from a severe hawk attack. They appreciate his love for animals and believe he provided excellent care at reasonable prices. The current staff is noted for their amazing love for animals and a desire to help. The clinic is also recognized for its walk-in service for shots, making it convenient for pet owners.
I cant say enough good things about this place. Did an awesome job on Brin Brin my blue lacy. Not at all like these other vets that want thousands of dollars upfront or they let your pet die. Coupland is affordable and they care about your pet. I highly recommend these folks
No other vet from Temple-Taylor/Hutto area would see my dog. My sweet boy had gotten into an accident and needed stitches. They were able to take him back as soon as I arrived. You can tell everyone cares and loves what they do. The service we have received is 10000/10!
I’ve been going to this vet for my pets for 10 years or so. Recently adopted a couple of cats and didn’t know that we had a “new” vet in residence.
I wasn’t worried though, this team has always been very caring. When I met the new vet, I could see he was already carrying on the tradition from Dr Graef. 10/10, will keep going here, in fact I just dropped off my new boys for their neuter. 👍
