The MRI technologist, Oscar, has excellent bedside manner. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure to my husband and me, outlining each step and what to expect. My husband was feeling anxious, but Oscar was able to calm him simply through his politeness, reassurance, and constant communication.

This facility is fortunate to have an MRI technologist like Oscar. Because of this positive experience, my husband has continued to have his imaging done here. True Medical Imaging has one of the best front desk staff I've experienced. The technologist was supportive and made my experience less dramatic considering i'm very clausterphobic. The machine was actually very open... it wasn't the kind where you go inside the tube... it was actually open! I was able to watch American Idol, my favorite show, while i was in there. I'd strongly recommend this place to anyone who is clausterphobic or to anyone period.

This is the only imaging place in Corpus Christi with an upright machine that I know of. The employees are nice. The place is clean. It's easy to find, right next to the highway, SPID, with a large sign on the side of the building. I must say, my appointment was at 8am, but they didn't start my MRI until 45 minutes later. Wish I had brought a book to read. There is TV to watch, even during the MRI. If you wear anything metal, they will make you take it off. The MRI wasn't uncomfortable. It wasn't as loud as the tube I usually have to lay in. I recommend this imaging place for upright MRI.
