I was transferred to Dr Quintanilla from Dr Capitan case load and I like the Dr, but last month I was scheduled with a nurse practitioner out of Dallas. BIG NO NO! when I called the office, his staff told me if I didn't like it, to look for another Dr. Just plain rude, just like that! Front office is the face of the practice and imagine them telling everybody this!
