“I called this business yesterday, because one of my AC units wasn't cooling enough, and according to the thermostat information, the humidifier filter needed to be replaced as well. I did request an appointment and a quote, I was told Mr. Hernandez will be calling me soon. Right away, I was given a call from Mr. Juan Hernandez (owner), and within an hour, he was in my house, telling what was wrong with my Ac unit. My two Ac units were serviced, today , and now they're running like new. “Deal with these guys directly and not through your home warranty company. They'll get the job done much faster and will help you deal with the warranty company for reimbursement. An actual example is that it took over 3 months to get an air handler replaced at one of our of our properties. First American kept dragging their feet and we couldn't get the thing replaced. We finally hired Done Right and they got it replaced and it actually cost us less than using the home warranty's contractor. These guys are pretty solid. We've used them on 3 other properties since.“
