So my tech Solim he was super amazing,this was the second time he’s been to my house and he treated me with respect and my dog with respect and loving to her , he even threw her toy in the yard for her . He got the job done efficiently and quickly and gave me information and how to solve my problem. He was really down to Earth, and understood when I had questions and he answered them quickly.
