This was an amazing experience. Cameron was our Technician today. He was kind, courteous and professional but still took time to explain that capacitor was out of the recommend treshold. I started off with their premium membership that includes two services and cleanings a year with filters for a annual price that is less then $400. I'm really glad to be a customer/member of this Company. If your looking for a company that is Honest/Compassionate with they're customers. Then look no further. Cameron definitely showed me how much the company cares for it's customers/members.

Cameron from Logicool helped cool my house down no problem!! When it was 85 degrees and my tile was sweating from the humidity in this Texas Heat? He came to save the day! Cameron was very professional, empathetic and worked tactfully and efficiently through the entire house visit. Not to mention he got here on time and fit me into his packed schedule. Cameron went above and beyond, took photos before and after of everything that needed to get fixed and thoroughly explained his work and reasonings. Truly a life-saver.
