I am beyond impressed with Dr. Alonso and the entire team at this office. From my very first visit on December 9, 2024, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, who made the scheduling process seamless and stress-free.
Since my health insurance deductible resets on March 1, 2025, I was eager to complete my necessary treatments beforehand. After learning I needed five procedures, I expressed my urgency and asked if my appointments could be expedited. Initially, my next appointment was set for February 21, 2025, but the staff assured me they would work swiftly to obtain insurance approval.
