I’ve dealt with several restoration companies before and this was by far the smoothest experience. Their mold removal specialists were knowledgeable, punctual, and very detail oriented. They explained the containment process, completed the cleanup carefully, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was satisfactory. That level of professionalism is rare these days.
We had gotten a few quotes, but their mold removal plan was the most detailed. They explained the remediation steps clearly and followed through exactly as promised. The results were better than expected.
