“This place was a Surprise! In a good way, I wanted a pedicure w/ reflexology, but the nail place I go to does not offer this service. I went here and got the Combo 60 minutes it was $60. I was honestly surprised how much I got for that price. I feel amazing! Lydia was my masseuse and applied a great deal of pressure and had radars for hands and elbows. I will be back! “UPDATE:I’m updating my review from two stars to five stars because the manager reached out to me personally within one hour of leaving this review and messaging the business, and offered me a free 30 minute massage with her to make up for my bad experience. I had paid and tipped for a one hour massage but I appreciated her trying to make it right. Coco was AMAZING and I will definitely go back to see her and only her. Thank you Coco. I appreciate a manager who cares about their business and puts customers first!I had appointment and came in for a full body massage. I’m certainly understanding of a language barrier but my therapist (I use that word loosely) understood and spoke zero English so she couldn’t understand what I wanted. I had expressed on the phone I specifically wanted someone to work on my neck and hands and she did neither. She worked on my neck for maybe two minutes when she hastily flipped me over at the end even though I had asked several times for her to please work on my neck. A good therapist knows how to space out a massage so they have time for everything. I also asked for hands and feet and got neither. Literally didn’t even massage my feet at all and this is a reflexology place?! She was super nice as was the lady on the phone but communication is key in massage and I did not get what I asked for or paid for. It seemed like I was just stuck with someone who had no clue what they were doing. I am looking for a good therapist and would be a loyal customer. This place has great reviews and I was hopeful. Very disappointed.“

“Black Friday was a MUCH NEEDED Health day for me. I treated myself to a “Combo 90 min massage” at X & F Foot Spa. I’ve been here many times and have always been treated well and had great service. This time was my best yet. I have crazy autoimmune issues and at 52, I push myself, regardless of my health. At some point your body crashes. I Crashed Hard! I took a health recovery weekend. Getting a 45 min body massage and 45 min foot massage and detox was exactly what I needed. The MT found and worked thru my worst spots (I have too many). I left feeling oddly Euphoric, relaxed and calm. (Been having lots of anxiety lately.) my inflammation was greatly reduced and the knots were all massaged out. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND X & F Foot Spa. They take walk-ins most times.“
