The bad: It really depends on who your massage therapist is. I had a massage with a girl (can’t remember her name), and it was the most unpleasant, time- and money-wasting experience. She made it extremely obvious she didn’t want to be there, didn’t work on a single area I asked her to, and effectively wasted time by stopping multiple times and doing nothing. Management also gave me a hard time when I tried to get a refund or another service, saying I should have stopped the massage. It was disappointing that they gave me such a hard time when I consistently went there with my regular massage therapist and had no problems paying and tipping great. I didn’t because I was a nervous to speak up and was hoping it would get better and I’ve never had to do that.

The good: Arthur and Winn are the absolute best. They get a 10/10. Whether you’re looking for real results or a routine massage, I absolutely recommend them. I also appreciate the spa accommodating last-minute appointments.“

“We had a great ultrasound experience yesterday! We got good pics, both printed and sent via email, and some short videos of our baby at 13 weeks! Facility was clean and video was huge. I do not recommend looking at your baby in 3D until you are farther along (like 24w)

The only negative feedback is asking for tip afterwards. I was expecting it to be $79 but you got asked to do a tip afterwards so it was more like $110. They had a sign reminding you to tip and suggesting that if you didn’t tip it meant you had poor service, so they kind of guilt trip you. I’d rather the cost be $110 and they pay their staff better than to rely on us for tipping on an ultrasound.“

“Amazing!!!!! Went with my husband to Fort Worth/Dallas for a week for a work trip and my last day there I thought I would try out therapeutic spa. Wish I would have gone my first day and then again my last day. It was phenomenal. I got the 70 minute combo and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it!
