After suffering through Beryl I decided it would be the last hurricane without power. I contacted Rikman after a strong recommendation from a very happy customer. They have just finished the installation process of an in-home generator. The generator has yet to take me through another hurricane or extended power outage. So far I have been very satisfied with the set up and installation process. Thank you.
Rickman installed a 24kw generac a year ago, it ran for 4 days during and after the hurricane Beryl. Worth every penny we paid. Just had Matte do a one year maint, awesome guy, even taught me a few things to watch for and little maint things I can do myself to help it run at top quality. If I had to do it again would not change the company I chose. 10 stars
I'm so glad I got my generator from Rikman! They were professional, explained everything to me, and prompt! I was hoping I'd not have to use it, but my power has gone out at least 6 times and even now, during this hurricane. The best decision to purchase ever!
