They installed our Generator and had great contact and great customer service. We had a pool going in at the same time and they worked with the company to make sure it all worked. Wonderful communication and no unanswered questions.
I recommend to everyone for Action Generator in Conroe. They did super job from beginning to finished. If I have stupid questions and call them they answered promptly. Owner Tony came to house explained everything. Only took few days longer to finished was from waiting for City of Conroe inspection. Of course that I was expected. Thanks. This company is the epitome of SERVICE. I don't have a contract with them (YET). My Generac kept turning off since Beryl, and I was calling around to find an emergency technician because the dealer who sold me this generator wouldn't answer calls. Thank God I got a hold of Tony at Action Generator, and he walked me through a solution until they can get out here for a complete check.
