“So grateful. OK. I am doing a shout out for "trigger muscle release therapy" OMG. I was in lower back pain for WEEKS after lifing something too heavy.. yeah, I still think I can do anything, grin. When I stood up at the end, my hips were aligned. AND NO PAIN. For a few seconds I walked like I was on a slanted floor because my gait wasn't used to walking in balance. I was pain-free.
