They are extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, encouraging and super fun! This place is like a typical PT clinic. It's like going to a gym where everyone knows you and you get to know them along with other patients. Very comfortable environment. Might sound a little strange, but I really miss going there!

“We have been looking for a new therapy clinic that can come to our home for our son. They called me the same day they received the fax to verify the information they had, tell me what services my son would be able to get based on the times and availability I gave them, and then said the therapist should be set up by next week. Very friendly, fast response, and you don't have to stay on top of them. I highly recommend this place!“

“Their communication is awful. I sat here for 45 minutes waiting to be seen. I finally asked for an update, and they informed me the doctor was at lunch, so it would be a while. They possibly would have updated me if the receptionist wasn't on her cell phone talking about a nephew's birthday party she was going to attend 3 hours away. I guess that took priority over doing her job. After just having surgery, the last thing I want to do is sit here for hours.“
