Our family has been going to Jarrett for over 10 years. He has been a great asset in our healthcare. He has not only helped us recover from numerous injuries throughout the years but also coached us on how to strengthen and prevent new injuries. He is very knowledgeable and encouraging. I'm not a person who generally writes feedback on businesses however after realizing a lot of people might benefit from this review I decide to write one. 2 years ago I moved to Texas after a car accident,months of physical therapy, chiropractors and medical massage. Locally I was trying to find someone who could provide a sports massage and also help with pain management and flexibility and that's when I came across Body MechaniX and Jarrett Smilie. I can't express how grateful I am for Jarrett Smilie at Body MechaniX and his incredible expertise in fixing my low back pain! Before my session with him, I was in constant discomfort, but he managed to alleviate my pain without even touching my back. Smilie utilized sports massage and other specific techniques to release tightness in the front of my body, which completely transformed my understanding of why my back hurt.
